If something is not right, we will sort it out. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
What qualifies
- The item is unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You have your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start
- Email kicksidesupply@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
- We reply with your options and, if approved, return instructions and a label.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we send your exchange or refund to your original payment method.
Wrong size?
Exchanges for size are the easiest route. Tell us the size you would like and we will arrange it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
Not eligible
Custom and personalised items, such as printed names and numbers or special orders, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. Worn, washed or altered items are also not eligible.
