What happens after you order
We want you to always know where your order is. Here is the path every order follows.
- Order confirmed. A confirmation email lands in your inbox with your order details.
- Checked and prepared. Within 1 to 3 business days we review your order and prepare it for dispatch.
- Dispatched. You get a shipping email with your tracking link.
- On the way. Follow your parcel with the tracking link. Updates can take a day or two to appear after dispatch.
- Delivered. Try it on, check the fit, and tell us if anything is off.
Before it arrives
- Check our Size & Fit Guide if you are unsure.
- Make sure someone can receive the parcel, or choose an address that is staffed.
When it arrives
- Open it right away and check the item and size.
